I’ve been on Martin Lewis’s Money Saving Expert site recently quite a lot. One thing is disturbing me. The amount of people who are accepting partial payments from their banks!
Whats up with that? If they are partially paying out they will pay out in full. People are losing thousands of pounds by not seeing it through/chickening out early.
Relax people, you will get your money back, your bank WILL NOT see you in court. You are losing loads of money by accepting these near offers.
For anyone who hasn’t claimed yet(in Scotland) heres how….

It couldn’t be simpler. Get your cash back now - and DO NOT accept partial offers, after all, would the bank accept only partial payment of their charges? I think not.

There are 3 choices when considering how to claim your bank charges back.
1. DIY - free but be prepared to do all the legwork and negotiations, espcially when the low offer comes.
2. A no win no fee company who will do all the work for you for a fee.
3. A high commission no win no fee company who will fight for all your charges plus interest, which can be lengthy and not much more beneficial once the commission comes off.
Yes that’s true, seems to me that option 1 is the only real one to consider though.
