I am still recovering from a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder. I can't for the life of me recall where I tore it. That was New Years Day. The inflamation got so bad that I went to the hospital. The usual anti-inflamitory medicines were't working, so I finally ordered some envenomated Manuka honey from New Zealand. It actually worked! So when you finally get arthritis the likes of which can temporarily dislocate bones I'd suggest skipping the manufactured medicines. I can't describe the pain of that. It took days to subside.

One weird bit of news I've heard of was a baseball pitcher over here not having a ligament that usually wears out. He doesn't even have one! He's still pitching. He manages a 77MPH knuckle-ball, which is a ball pitched without any spin. It catches the wind and darts around with the vagaries of nature, making it harder to hit, and harder to predict than one possibly could with knowledge of an opposing pitcher's habits. I forgot his name, but it definately gives hope for freaks of nature.
